Maize gluten (Corn Gluten Feed) is a by-product of the wet milling of corn for starch or ethanol production. It combines corn gluten meal and corn bran, offering moderate protein (18–24%) and digestible fibre. Used as a cost-effective protein/energy supplement in dairy cattle total mixed rations (TMR).
